We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our operations team in Rockford, Tennessee.
In this role, you will support daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving incoming materials, managing inventory, preparing shipments, and coordinating the movement of goods throughout the facility. You will play an important role in ensuring materials and products are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

You are responsible for:
- Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming materials and shipments in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
- Preparing, packaging, and labeling outgoing shipments according to shipping requirements, packaging specifications, and applicable handling instructions.
- Supporting the safe and efficient movement of materials and products throughout the facility using appropriate material-handling equipment.
- Storing and organizing incoming goods in designated warehouse locations according to established inventory and storage procedures.
- Picking, assembling, and preparing customer or internal orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verifying product quantities, item numbers, and shipment details against packing lists, delivery notes, and other documentation.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting routine stock counts, inventory checks, and warehouse organization.
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the appropriate team members.
- Following established safety guidelines, material-handling procedures, and applicable shipping regulations, including special handling requirements when necessary.
- Collaborating with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and other operational teams to support timely material flow and shipment schedules.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage areas.
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall operational performance.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, logistics, or a related environment.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and established operational processes.
- Basic computer skills and ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain inventory or shipment information.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform hands-on warehouse activities, including handling, moving, and organizing materials.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to prioritize daily assignments and complete tasks within established schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or regulated production environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or other inventory tracking systems.
- Experience using material-handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with shipping documentation, packaging requirements, and transportation procedures.
- Experience handling materials that require specialized packaging, labeling, or shipping instructions.

The base pay range for this position is:
$42,930 - $59,026
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
