As part of our expanding Global Marketing Organization, we are seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Atellica assays – Infectious Disease portfolio. In this role, you will shape the strategy and commercialization of an important our Core Laboratory Solutions (CLS) portfolio. You will connect customer and clinical needs with product development, build differentiated market positions, and help regional teams drive successful launches and sustained adoption.
Your role:
- Infectious Disease Portfolio Strategy and Lifecycle : Develop the global strategy for assigned Atellica Infectious Disease assays, from opportunity assessment and product definition through launch, growth, and lifecycle management. Assess market potential, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and portfolio performance to recommend priorities, investments, and product enhancements.
Customer, Clinical and Market Insights: Build a deep understanding of Infectious Disease testing needs across laboratories, health systems, and other relevant stakeholders. Gather voice-of-customer and regional insights, identify unmet needs, and translate them into product requirements, market opportunities, and differentiated value propositions.
- Product Development and Cross Functional Leadership : Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and regional teams to inform product requirements, evidence needs, claims, and launch plans. Represent the market and customer perspective at development and portfolio decision points and help teams resolve trade-offs that affect customer value and commercial success.
- Global Launch and Commercialization: Lead global positioning, messaging, launch planning, and readiness for assigned assays. Develop customer-facing content, sales tools, training, and campaign strategies that regional teams can adapt to their markets. Coordinate across assays, analyzers, automation, and informatics to present a clear, integrated customer offering.
- Competitive Strategy and Growth: Monitor competitor portfolios, testing practices, and market trends. Develop practical competitive selling guidance and support pricing and value discussions. Track launch performance, adoption, and customer feedback; use those insights to refine plans and identify opportunities for growth.
Your expertise:
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive marketing, product management, or commercial experience in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), laboratory medicine, or a closely related diagnostics space.
- Experience contributing to portfolio strategy, product development, global or regional launches, and post-launch growth.
- Ability to turn complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions and effective commercial tools.
- Demonstrated success leading work across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Preferred:
- Experience with infectious disease assays, immunoassay, or core laboratory diagnostics.
- Experience developing market assessments, business cases, pricing recommendations, or product forecasts.
- Global or international marketing experience, including collaboration with regional commercial teams.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline

The base pay range for this position is:
$137,910 - $189,629
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
