As the Engagement Manager in the Enterprise Services Business, you will lead the successful execution of the comprehensive Trillium Health Partners MES agreement and the medical equipment, clinical-service, and operational projects within it. This is not an information technology role; its primary focus is Managed Equipment Services, diagnostic imaging and biomedical equipment, healthcare operations, and customer engagement. You will own the customer relationship for program execution and ensure the program achieves customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, high quality, profitability, and agreed deliverables and revenue targets. You will also identify opportunities to use the Siemens Healthineers business portfolio and services to help clients improve quality of care and reduce costs.

To ensure the provision of a first-class Managed Equipment Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective contract, the needs of the customer and Siemens core values.  The service must be provided in accordance with the key performance indicators or other defined measures with the objective of achieving consistently high customer and staff satisfaction results and maximising financial performance according to agreed project agreement.

Working Partners/Contacts:

- Local internal contacts will include the Head of Operations for Canada, the designated Commercial Project Manager, ES Service Manager and other members of the immediate MES team; in addition, there will be the need to interface with other Siemens Healthineers employees and management at all levels at various locations. You will be supported by two Customer Care Coordinators.
- External contacts will include clinicians, staff and management from the hospital and suppliers.

- You demonstrate significant experience in managing requirements, equipment plans, program roadmaps, and interdependent healthcare deliverables.
- You possess exceptional presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clinical, technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.
- You have an excellent command of the English language.
- You can lead and work effectively within a team, providing expertise, support, and mentorship when needed.
- You can see the bigger picture, connect dependencies, anticipate challenges and needs, and maintain the necessary attention to detail.
- You have solid skills in creating program dashboards and reports to support stakeholder engagement, equipment delivery, operational readiness, and project governance. Digital tools are used to support these responsibilities; software development, IT infrastructure, and IT service management expertise are not the focus of this role.

What do you need to qualify for this role?

Project and program management experience

- Successfully completed project and program management qualifications, including a current Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, supported by more than seven years of experience delivering projects and programs within a medical equipment or hospital environment. The PMP designation is required due to the scale and complexity of the program.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex, multi-year programs and projects from initiation through completion, including projects valued at more than $100 million.
- Significant experience in customer-facing healthcare project, program, business, or operational delivery roles. Experience limited primarily to IT projects, software implementation, IT infrastructure, or IT service management does not meet the core requirements of this role.

Stakeholder leadership and communication

- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and program team members at all levels.
- Very strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional clinical, technical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Commercial, medical equipment, and organizational awarenes

- A high degree of knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment, biomedical equipment, healthcare technology management, and the clinical environment is required.
- Previous experience managing the service of both is an asset.
- Good commercial and financial awareness.
- Experience using digital tools and data analytics to support equipment planning, program governance, operational performance, and delivery excellence.
- Familiarity with Siemens Healthineers processes and systems is preferred.
- Management experience in a multi-site role is beneficial along with contract-managed service experience.

This role does not require an IT professional background; its technical expertise is centred on medical equipment, biomedical engineering, and Managed Equipment Services.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$103,500 - $147,500

Factors which may affect starting compensation within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
