Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

The candidate will be supporting the F-35 Supplier Forum team and become subject matter expert / focal for production, sustainment, and development contracts and requirements. The Supplier Forum is the F-35 Systems Engineering team responsible for the integration, coordination, and configuration management of Supplier Statement of Works (SSOWs) for major suppliers and contracts. The candidate will be tasked with ensuring the efficient development and configuration management of high-quality, integrated technical requirements and Supplier Statements of Works for the F-35 supply base. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Program Management, Project Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand the contractual scope in order to develop and manage effective supplier requirements. An understanding of statement of works, configuration management, and system engineering disciplines is a must.

Basic Qualifications

* Bacherl of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical Engineering or related technical field
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Strong analytical skills

Desired Skills

* Experience with Sharepoint
* Effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00
