- Solution Architecture: Work closely with stakeholders and teammates to own the solution development process. This includes elicit and document requirements, design data architecture and flows, develop, test, and deliver individual solutions, keeping the larger enterprise architecture in mind. This also includes creating SharePoint sites, lists, and permissions as part of the solution. Ensure full solutions are user-friendly, scalable, maintainable, and align with business goals.

- Process Analysis: Analyze business processes, utilize generative AI, and develop tools, reports, or other solutions to meet the business needs. Translate complex business requirements into solutions. Serve as technical advisor to team and stakeholders; translate high‑complexity business needs into multi‑component architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support for deployed solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements required post-deployment. Analyze complex issues, performing root cause analysis and recommend remediation for long-term platform and solution health.
- Training and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation. Support training efforts to facilitate user adoption across teams and to ensure users are well-versed in utilizing new solutions.
