Quality Manager

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- B.S. Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in manufacturing companies; 5 years working in Engineering and/or Quality
- Minimum of five years leadership experience
- ASQC (American Society for Quality Control) certification is preferred for this position
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

- BS Degree in Engineering
- Demonstrated Project Management skills.
- ASQC (American Society for Quality Control) certification
- Audit experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with querying databases.
- Excellent analytical skills

Salary & Benefits

- Targeted salary range*: $120,000 - $130,000. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.
- Benefit package includes, Medical, Dental, Vision, vacation, and more - eligible from day one.
- Excellent 401K benefits vested from day one.
