About this role

As a member of the Strategic Planning team, responsible for constructing, implementing, and managing customer focused business to business digital products and services with focus on the support of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) equipment, HERO Cloud, parts, supplies and accessories to commercial and residential channel partners in U.S. and Canada. Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline and budget for projects related to Daikins digital products and services. Develop and update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing. Participate in implementing, managing and analyzing the use of digital platforms within the Technical Service department. Manage the RMC (Remote Monitoring Center) team with a focus on expanding the support and service to all external and internal customers. Manage and develop digital tool strategy and vision to support customers activities and requirements. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of current and new tools within the Company. Explore and recommend new or improved digital strategies and best practices for enhanced user experience. Build and maintain strong relationships involving all key stakeholder departments, customers and strategic partners. Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts. Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare project scope. Monitor and analyze digital products performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI) and revenue generating activities. Translate business use cases and ideas into comprehensive business requirements, process flow-diagrams and design documents for Software implementation. Manage the Digital Tools products road map, including but not limited to coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Structure and analyze issues, provide solutions within a wider context and check impact of different digital solutions. Manage internal and external development teams to meet business expectations. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create educational and engaging content that addresses customer pain points and challenges. Act as liaison with other Daikin affiliates and 3rd party software development companies as applicable on the development of strategic tools and enhancements.

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or Economics.

Minimum Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of experience in the HVAC industry with remote HVAC monitoring and control systems, strategic project management initiatives, data and operations analysis, digital tools and platforms, including CRM, Service tools and analytics.
