About this role
In this important and visible role, you will engage with Departments, Areas and the HR Operations team to ensure that the delivery of HR Operation's systems, tools and services are continually improving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the Human Resources strategy and mission the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. As an improvement oriented HR professional your focus will be to understand customer needs and collaborate with HR Operations experts to provide optimal solutions and a proactive strategy to best deliver the essential work of HR.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of experience with HR business operations or related professional experience.
- At least four years of experience managing executing or managing key business processes including working with a human capital management (HCM) system.

- Ability to synthesize data and to provide clear, concise, and complete answers to questions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using HCM system(s)
- Ability to to train and tutor individuals, small and large groups
- Demonstrate focus, discipline, responsibility, with an orientation toward consistent high performance.
- Experience with abstract concept reasoning, problem solving, statistical compilation, and presentation skills.
- Project management and roadmap planning proficiency.
- To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there will be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment.
