We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Product Development Specialist to plan and execute complex projects related to the development of food and beverage products. Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience in food science or a similar field.
- Strong R&D background with experience in beverage product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Comfortable working in a lab environment and running tests.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BS in food science or a similar science is required.
- Barista experience or hands-on coffeehouse experience is an advantage.
- Former experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Basic statistical knowledge and analysis skills are preferred.
Work Environment
The role requires a hands-on approach, working fully onsite 5 days a week with moderate to high interaction with the team. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on developing innovative beverage products. Team culture emphasizes professionalism, continuous learning, and effective communication.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
