The Opportunity
As a Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Director you will lead client work in business application consulting within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, helping clients shape and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions that support pricing, quoting, and revenue process improvement. As a Director you will set strategic direction, guide business development, and translate vision into practical action while mentoring teams, shaping client relationships, and advancing thoughtful use of technology and sound judgment. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams, develop new solution ideas, identify growth opportunities, and help clients align business goals with Salesforce capabilities across the sales and revenue lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Setting strategic direction for Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud client engagements, translating business objectives into delivery plans that support growth
- Leading pursuit activities, shaping solution approaches, and developing client relationships across sales, pricing, quoting, and revenue processes
- Overseeing implementation roadmaps, system integration efforts, and release planning for Salesforce Revenue Cloud and connected applications
- Guiding teams in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and design of scalable quote-to-cash solutions
- Directing technical consulting on Salesforce administration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise application configuration
- Reviewing complex business and technology issues, developing new solution concepts, and applying creative problem solving across multiple workstreams
- Coaching delivery teams and cultivating future leaders through feedback, knowledge sharing, and mentoring on client-facing programs
- Promoting adoption of digital tooling, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled approaches to improve implementation efficiency and client value
- Validating alignment with Firm policies, code of conduct, independence requirements, and professional standards throughout client service delivery
- Building executive-level client relationships and adapting priorities across multiple engagements while balancing detail, risk, and long-term impact
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud delivery leadership in client-facing roles
- Translating business growth goals into scalable revenue technology solutions
- Developing thought leadership across Salesforce sales and pricing programs
- Balancing strategic direction with detailed solution design choices
- Mentoring teams through complex client engagements and change
- Driving market opportunities through Salesforce consulting insights

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
