Job Purpose:
- The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for guests, ensuring their experience is seamless and pleasant. The role involves maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles, and contributing to the overall operational success of the parking facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival and departure, providing a positive first and last impression.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring it is free of hazards and conducive to smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Uphold SELIG PARKING's standards of service and professionalism at all times.
- Monitor and manage the keys and parking tickets, ensuring accurate tracking and security.
- Assist in directing traffic and managing parking flow during peak times to optimize space utilization.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or issues to management immediately, following company protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and operational knowledge.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Experience in valet parking or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
