JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Administration

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Administration department and leadership team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Provides general administrative and clerical support to the Administration department and leadership team.

- Assists with calendar management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting materials.

- Prepares, organizes, and maintains correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, records, and other documents.

- Serves as a professional point of contact for staff, patients, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.

- Assists with data entry, filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.

- Coordinates office activities, manages supplies, and assists with day-to-day administrative operations.

- Supports special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee, patient, and organizational information.

PAY RANGE: $20–$24/hr (dependent upon experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

- Preferred: 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional office setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or collaboratively with a team.
