The Supervisor III, Accounting G&P role provides day-to-day leadership and technical oversight for a specialized accounting function. This role supervises a team of professional accountants and support staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and compliance with established policies. The position plays a key role intranslating financial data into insights that support business decisions while continuously improving processes and developing team capability.

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a team responsible for a defined area of accounting activity, such as general ledger, budgeting, or financial reporting.
- Establish clear priorities, assign work, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide technical guidance, review work products, and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and trends to produce meaningful insights and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools, templates, and processes to improve clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement procedural changes.
- Leverage systems and technology to strengthen financial management and decision-making.
What You'll Bring – Required
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6 or more years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency with standard office software and financial reporting systems
What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred
- CPA or other relevant professional certification
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews
- Experience planning and managing resources or supervising teams
- Advanced experience with financial reporting tools, databases, or business intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, implement controls, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, budgeting, reporting, and accounting principles
- Experience analyzing complex financial data and translating results into clear insights
Compensation Range
This position has a base salary range of $140,400 – $171,600.
