Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector's Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a   Principal Systems Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to support the Enterprise Platforms & Applications organization. The selected candidate will support the Business Lifecycle Solutions (BLS) team's Corporate IT portfolio, with a focus on a complex, Enterprise Resource Management toolset solution. The engineer will collaborate closely with Systems, Software, Hardware, Test, and Specialty Engineering teams to identify applicable integration processes and guide products toward a cohesive, integrated solution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with applied SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler/DOORS software.
- Familiarity with model governance concepts, such as configuration management and control processes.
- Ability to review models for compliance with organizational modeling standards and best practices.
- Work on an agile team utilizing Jira to track work progress.
- Communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards.
- Apply extensive technical expertise in the development of technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to customers, program leadership and engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5 Years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 3 Years with a Masters; 1 year with a PhD; 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with the systems engineering lifecycle principles in accordance with industry best practices, including requirements development, system architecture, integration, verification and validation.
- Experience with horizontal integration across multiple subsystems, platforms, suppliers and engineering disciplines to ensure end-to-end system functionality.
- Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) such as System Requirements Reviews (SRR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Key Design Decision (KDD) Reviews, Engineering Review Board (ERB) Reviews, etc.
- Proficiency with Agile workflows (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBSE experience across requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation.
- Familiarity with systems engineering standards and guidance (INCOSE, MIL-STD-881, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461) and enterprise architecture frameworks (UAF/DoDAF).
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and timelines.

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
