The Franchise Operations Consultant serves as a trusted business partner to franchise organizations, driving operational excellence, strengthening brand standards, and building leadership capability. Through strategic guidance, coaching, and operational expertise, this role improves restaurant performance, enhances the guest experience, and delivers sustainable growth across the franchise portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years of multi-unit restaurant, franchise, retail, hospitality, or operations leadership experience.
- Demonstrated business and operational acumen, including P&L management, strategic planning, and performance improvement.
- Experience analyzing labor, food cost, and operational metrics to drive business results and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and change leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $110,500 to $129,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
