Little Critters Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services — for dogs, cats, and exotic pets alike. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment where clients and their pets are treated like family.
Schedule and Compensation :
- Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a full-time or part-time position with a flexible 5 x 8 schedule , Monday–Friday with some Saturday half-day coverage. No on-call requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set :
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
