Bel-Aire Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
We’re looking for someone who ideally already understands the veterinary environment — the terminology, the pace, and the emotional weight of caring for people’s pets. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

Schedule and compensation:
- Compensation: $16 - 18 per hour, for each hour worked
- Schedule: This is a full-time position , with a 4 x 10 schedule , working 4 days per week with one weekday off. Availability needed Monday–Friday . No on-call requirements.

M inimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
Knowledge of veterinary terminology, common vaccines, medications, and procedures
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Covetrus Pulse, preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
