Human Resources Compensation & Systems Specialist
Drive HR Strategy Through Compensation, Data & Technology
We're seeking a Human Resources Compensation & Systems Specialist to join a growing HR team supporting one of the largest healthcare organizations in the region. This role combines compensation analysis, HRIS administration, data management, and reporting to help ensure accurate employee information, equitable pay practices, and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support compensation programs, salary structures, and pay-related employee actions including new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Conduct job evaluations, compensation analysis, and market benchmarking to support competitive pay practices.
- Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist with HRIS updates, testing, system maintenance, and process improvements.
- Generate HR reports and workforce data insights for HR leadership and management.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support employee data and reporting needs.
- Provide guidance to managers and HR team members on compensation-related and HRIS processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS, compensation, or HR data management experience.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Workday .
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of compensation practices and HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday onsite position within the Human Resources department, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience while advancing your HR career.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glens Falls, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.97 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
