Principal, Cyber Assurance Intelligence
PURPOSE:
The Principal of Cyber Assurance Intelligence will lead the development of cyber enterprise risk, assurance, and decision intelligence capabilities that provide proactive insight into cyber, technology, operational, and AI risk. This role transforms assurance data into actionable intelligence that enables leadership to anticipate risks and prioritize remediation efforts.
This role will be located in Creve Coeur, MO (St. Louis, MO metropolitan area). Candidates must be easily commutable to the Creve Coeur, MO site as remote working arrangements will not be accommodated.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intelligence Analytics
- Develop enterprise assurance intelligence products and dashboards;
- Deliver predictive analytics and risk forecasting;
- Build executive-level risk reporting;
Risk Insights
- Correlate risk, control, asset, vulnerability, audit, and operational data;
- Identify emerging trends and exposure patterns;
- Support strategic risk prioritization;
Data & Intelligence Strategy
- Establish assurance intelligence data models;
- Partner with Asset Intelligence teams to leverage EAIR;
- Support AI-driven risk analysis and recommendations;
Leadership Support
- Deliver risk insights to executive leadership;
- Enable evidence-based decision making;
- Support board and audit reporting;
WHO YOU ARE:
Bayer seeks an incumbent that possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field is essential, though relevant working experience may be considered an equivalent;
- 8+ years of experience in cyber risk, analytics, business intelligence, assurance, and/or GRC;
- Strong data analytics and reporting expertise;
- Experience with enterprise risk management frameworks;
- Proficiency in various cybersecurity tools and software, understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols, and knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment techniques are helpful;
- Extensive exper ience in managing information security in a corporate or government setting is valuable, along with familiarity with information security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST;
- Proven exp erience with risk management frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001;
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge graph, AI, machine learning, or data science experience;
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Snowflake, or equivalent platforms;
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) are desirable.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 151,120 - $226,680. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
