The Role
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join the team of a premier toy and gift distributor in Pacific, WA. In this role, you will be a vital part of the warehouse team, ensuring that products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for retail shelves around the world. What You Will Do
As a Labeler / Repackager, you will focus on prepping merchandise for shipment to various retailers. Your daily tasks will include:
Repackaging Products: Carefully opening bulk shipments and repackaging individual toys or gift items according to specific retail client requirements.
Applying Labels: Ensuring precise placement of UPC barcodes, price tags, and compliance labels on merchandise and exterior packaging.
Quality Inspection: Visually inspecting products for damage, defects, or incorrect packaging during the repackaging process, pulling aside any items that do not meet quality standards.
Building Pallets: Assisting with boxing up newly labeled products, taping boxes securely, and neatly stacking them onto pallets for the shipping department.
Workspace Maintenance: Keeping your packaging station clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
What We Are Looking For
No heavy machinery experience is required, but you should be ready to work on your feet and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow strict labeling guides and client specifications without missing a beat.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for a full shift, bending, and occasionally lifting boxes up to 20–30 lbs.
Dependability: Strong track record of showing up on time and being a reliable team player.
Fast-Paced Readiness: Ability to maintain a steady rhythm and meet daily production quotas in a warehouse setting.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or assembly is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a great attitude are highly encouraged to apply!
