The Opportunity
As a SAP Trade Promotion Management Solution Consultant – Senior Associate, you will focus on implementing and delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, enabling seamless integration and efficient project execution. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of SAP Trade Promotion Management solutions to clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations
- Developing user stories and project plans to facilitate seamless integration and execution
- Leading design workshops to gather requirements and enhance product innovation
- Utilizing analytical thinking and AI fluency to inform insights and recommendations
- Planning and executing software release life cycles to optimize product enhancement
- Navigating complex situations to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and trust
- Embracing change and leveraging digital tooling to improve project delivery and management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Leading the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA for trade promotion management, integrating SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to deliver real-time insights and optimize promotional planning and execution
- Developing custom SAP HANA SQL scripts and SAP ABAP programs to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities within the trade promotion management solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP S/4HANA finance modules
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy advanced analytics dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and JavaScript, enabling stakeholders to monitor trade promotion performance and drive data-driven decision-making
- Excelling in client management and relationship building
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-human collaboration and AI fluency
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex problems
- Leading design workshops and developing user stories
- Managing software projects and product enhancements
- Planning and executing technology integration and implementation
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive work environment

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
