Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Analyst (SG 24)
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Creates, executes, analyzes and monitors Supply Chain reports for customer data, supplier data, internal processing data, and other processes as required by the business.
- Maintains and monitors system data and transactions to support internal and external processes.
- Manages and executes documentation processes including but not limited to obtaining, compiling, maintaining and issuing necessary records, reports, and data or lists, ensuring accuracy of content and correct distribution.
- Ensures proper procedures are followed and/or developed as required to increase and maintain data integrity and accuracy within SAP.
- Supports EDI communication with customers, suppliers and partners.
- Leads and supports testing, developing and onboarding new emerging technology, system integrations, applications, tools and AI for the department.
- Manages and supports special projects as needed.
- Manages and supports critical customer, supplier, or partner challenges or negotiations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least three (3) years of SAP experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of Six-Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement Concepts preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Control
- Must be self-motivated, well organized, flexible, and able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation.
- Must be able to operate independently and with little guidance.
- Must be a positive contributor to a team environment.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of advanced systems and database relationships.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evaluate complex situations to recommend sound action plans.
