The Area Contract Logistics Manager will oversee the strategic and operational aspects across the Hyperscaler industry. This role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. ## How you create impact

### Operational / Tactical Duties

- Oversee client supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, high-quality service, and compliance with productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Establish performance targets and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded for clients and internal stakeholders while driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Leadership Responsibility

- Provide direction, development, and leadership to leadership teams while holding them accountable for financial and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, profitability, and success that values diverse perspectives, talents, backgrounds, and experiences.

Financial Responsibility

- Maintain overall P&L oversight, maximizing client profitability and financial performance across assigned operations.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, monitoring performance to ensure established financial targets are met or exceeded.

Strategic Responsibility

- Drive organic growth within existing client accounts by identifying and implementing value-added opportunities, while supporting new business and new client acquisition.
- Develop and implement automation roadmaps for key clients and operations to improve efficiency, performance, and long-term business value.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7 years of experience within Hyperscale industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a 3PL or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple distribution or logistics operations simultaneously.
- 5 years experience of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, labor management, inventory control, transportation interfaces, and distribution processes.
