- Delivery orchestration: Work with divisions and initiative owners to keep delivery moving, clarify accountabilities, agree practical recovery actions and ensure priority issues are actively managed.

- Targets, benefits and Finance alignment: Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to keep productivity targets, financial assumptions, benefit profiles and delivery plans aligned, current and evidence-based.

- Risk, issue and dependency management: Identify material delivery risks, issues, constraints and cross-portfolio dependencies early, and drive effective mitigation, escalation and decision-making.

- Senior unblocking and escalation: Lead problem solving for complex or stalled initiatives, remove barriers through influence, and escalate matters requiring executive intervention with clear options and recommendations.

- Prioritisation and sequencing: Support re-prioritisation and sequencing decisions to protect committed outcomes, reduce duplication and focus finite capacity on the highest-value opportunities.

- Governance and performance insight: Establish a disciplined operating rhythm for pipeline reviews, delivery governance and executive reporting, ensuring decisions, actions and accountabilities are tracked through to closure.

- Stakeholder leadership: Build trusted relationships across the Chief Transformation Office, divisions, Finance and enabling functions, creating shared ownership of enterprise productivity outcomes.

- Team leadership: Provide direction, coaching and quality oversight to the Productivity Leads and Senior Analyst, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and outcome-focused team.

- Continuous improvement: Strengthen the Productivity Office’s methods, data quality, governance and ways of working to improve transparency, pace and benefits realisation over time.

- Risk and control: Promote sound risk management, constructive challenge and compliance with ANZ policies, standards and governance expectations in all productivity initiatives.
