WHO YOU ARE

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an experienced System Administrator to support the Defense of Guam - Aegis Weapons System located near Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

This is a multi-year Expatriate (Expat) assignment focusing on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) equipment alongside critical Cyber Security / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) responsibilities.

The selected candidate will serve as the technical subject matter expert with key responsibilities for the following;

C4I System Administration & Hardware Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize specialized Navy networks and communication suites, including Performing organizational-level maintenance, including fault isolation, tests, alignments, and repairs on assigned equipment to include CANES, ADNS, JTT-ME, and GPNTS.

Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES).

Automated Digital Network System (ADNS)

Joint Tactical Terminal - Maritime Evolved (JTT-ME)

Global Positioning System-based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS).

Cyber Security & ISSO Governance: Serve as the functional ISSO to preserve the system's Authority to Operate (ATO) by:

* Performing security scans, implementing patches, and developing robust cybersecurity documentation.
* Authoring and managing Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages, including System Identification Profiles (SIP), Implementation Plans (IP), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
* Supporting Government Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E) and vulnerability testing.
* Configuring system components in accordance with secure configuration reference documents.
* Documenting and justifying compelling mission reasons when system configurations must diverge from published baseline guidance.
* Conducting continuous monitoring and delivering copies of all configuration guidance used as part of system delivery.
* Maintaining the process for regression testing following updates, upgrades, or new application deployments.

Basic Qualifications

* Active DoD Secret security clearance required prior to starting the position.
* Advanced working knowledge and skills associated with the operation and maintenance of at least two (2) of the four (4) communication systems referenced: CANES, ADNS, JTT-ME, or GPNTS
* Management of secure devices on the program
* Advanced working knowledge of computer-based maintenance related to digital processing systems/subsystems utilizing Linux, Microsoft, and/or other operating systems.
* CompTIA Security+ certification (or higher IAT Level II/III Certification) paired with demonstrated networking experience (e.g., configuring routers, switches, firewalls, implementing identity and access management controls, or differentiating common account management practices).
* Willingness to expatriate for a multi-year assignment to Guam.

Desired Skills

* Willingness to support and maintain Aegis Combat Systems, Radar subsystems, and Commercial Communication Systems
* COMPTIA Linux +
* Microsoft Certified Professional to include Configuring Active Directory, Network Infrastructure Configuration, or Microsoft Windows XP OS
* LPI (Linux Professional Institute)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
