This person will lead profitable growth for the Grid Software business across Central Asia through strategic customer engagement, sales leadership, pipeline development, opportunity management and commercial governance.
This role can be based in either Malaysia, Singapore or Indonesia.
You’ll make an impact by: • Driving profitable growth . Develop and execute the sales strategy and business plan for assigned Central Asia markets, delivering order intake, revenue, margin, pipeline and forecast objectives. • Leading a high-performing sales ecosystem. Coach the sales team and provide clear functional direction to pre-sales, customer success, product, bid and delivery colleagues supporting the market. • Growing strategic customer relationships. Build trusted relationships with senior commercial, engineering, operations, technology and procurement stakeholders, translating customer priorities into measurable business outcomes. • Winning complex opportunities. Lead opportunities from qualification and solution development through tendering, approvals, negotiation and closure, with clear value, pricing, risk and competitive strategies. • Expanding software and lifecycle revenue. Develop license, subscription, cloud software, professional services, maintenance, support, renewal and account-expansion opportunities while supporting successful customer adoption. • Strengthening market insight and governance. Monitor market, regulatory, cybersecurity and competitor developments; maintain high-quality customer and forecast data; and provide timely performance, risk and commercial updates to leadership.
