The opportunity
The Reporting & Data Governance Lead plays a critical role in shaping how QBE leverages enterprise portfolio data to support decision-making. Focused on the Planview platform and transformation reporting, this role is responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent, reliable, and high-quality reporting across the organisation.
Based within the Group Enterprise Transformation Office and working at the centre of QBE’s global transformation agenda, and within the Group Enterprise Transformation Office, you will drive the design and adoption of reporting standards, data governance practices, and Power BI outputs that enable clear, actionable insight aligned to business priorities

Your new role
This role leads the development of enterprise portfolio reporting and dashboards on the Planview platform, translating complex delivery data into clear, actionable insight through Power BI. You will drive the shift from regional to enterprise reporting, ensuring consistency in how portfolio and delivery data is captured, governed, and used across QBE.
You’ll partner with global stakeholders across PMO, Change, Transformation, Risk, Finance and Delivery to strengthen reporting capability, uplift data quality, and support more informed, data-led decision-making.
- Design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions, including dashboards and visualisations
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reporting outputs
- Establish and maintain consistent reporting standards and data governance practices
- Own data quality, definitions and validation processes for Planview reporting and associated delivery data
- Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards using best-practice modelling and design
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to continuously enhance reporting capability and data quality
About you
You are a data-driven professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear, meaningful insight. You bring a strong experience in reporting and data governance, combined with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across functions and geographies. You are comfortable operating in a global, evolving environment and are motivated by improving how data supports decision-making at scale.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, PMO or transformation environments
- Strong hands-on capability with Power BI, including data modelling and transformation
- Experience working with enterprise data, governance frameworks and data quality practices
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and drive outcomes
- Exposure to project or portfolio management (PPM) or delivery environments
- Experience with Planview or similar tools is advantageous
