About the Role
The Portfolio Manager – Credit Card is responsible for resolving communication issues related to onboarding, activation, and other customer interactions. The role focuses on creating seamless, catchy, and clear customer communication across digital channels such as Web, Mobile App, Statements, SMS, Push Notifications, and Banners. The Portfolio Manager will also strategize new campaigns based on industry trends and data insights to enhance customer engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage ad-hoc campaign requests from Business, RCU, Auth, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with Data teams to arrange campaign bases.
- Perform maker-checker activities for data and content (SMS/Email) and Closed User Groups (CUG).
- Execute campaigns and obtain MIS reports including delivery reports, click-through rates (CTR), and business performance metrics.
- Manage activation, spending, and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns; propose new campaigns based on industry trends.
- Generate winners lists and coordinate fulfillment with BIU and Operations.
- Handle disputes related to campaigns.
- Train Branch Operations Coordinators (BOCs), branch staff, and sales teams on campaigns and address related issues.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across internal teams to support campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights and feedback.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any Graduate
- Post Graduation: MBA
Experience
- 2 years of experience, preferably in product management or marketing within the Credit Card business.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven track record in product management or marketing, with experience in the Credit Card business.
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate recommendations effectively to executive management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
