- Participate in engineering projects related to product evaluation, testing, validation, and certification.
- Conduct technical evaluations, data analysis, and problem-solving activities.
- Support laboratory testing, report generation, and documentation preparation.
- Assist in identifying technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Graduating in 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Candidates from Project 985/211 universities or with overseas study experience are preferred.
- Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrochemistry, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Automation, or other related disciplines.
- Strong interest in engineering, technology, and innovation, with a solid technical foundation.
- Proficient in English communication and technical reading/writing. CET-4 is required; CET-6 is preferred.
