## How you create impact

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as an escalation point for customer concerns and work closely with operational teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in customer meetings and business reviews to support account development and growth.
- Identify opportunities to reactivate inactive customers and strengthen customer engagement.

Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service professionals.
- Set performance expectations and support employees through regular feedback and development plans.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous professional development within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture.

Commercial Support & Account Growth

- Oversee customer quotations and pricing activities for existing business opportunities.
- Support sales teams in retaining and expanding customer accounts.
- Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new customer business.
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and profitability improvement strategies.

Service Excellence & Process Improvement

- Monitor service performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure customer information and service data remain accurate and up to date.
- Improve operational processes and customer experience through efficient workflows and digital solutions.

Financial & Operational Management

- Monitor business performance against key financial and operational targets.
- Collaborate with finance teams on credit management and customer-related financial matters.
- Support decision-making through performance analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

## What we would like you to bring

- At least 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience in sea freight.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and customer requirements.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Excellent customer and stakeholder management.
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
