Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Support semiconductor products throughout the product lifecycle , ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturing excellence.
- Investigate manufacturing, yield, reliability, and customer-return issues and drive timely resolution.
- Analyze production data to identify yield excursions, process variations, and quality concerns .
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using statistical methods and failure analysis results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
- Monitor product health metrics and drive yield improvement and continuous improvement initiatives .
- Support product qualifications, engineering change orders (ECOs), and product change management activities.
- Generate reports and dashboards on yield, quality, reliability, and manufacturing performance .
- Develop and enhance automation solutions for data collection, reporting, and analytics.
- Document engineering findings, best practices, and sustainment procedures.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related field .
- 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Product Engineering, Yield Engineering, or Sustaining Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and silicon characterization .
- Experience in yield analysis, process monitoring, and product reliability assessment .
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, root cause investigation, and statistical techniques .
- Exposure to failure analysis, qualification activities, and product lifecycle management .
- Familiarity with scripting or analytics tools for data automation and reporting .
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with design, test, manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams .
