Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Design and develop Analog/Mixed-Signal Clock IPs from specification to silicon validation.
- Contribute to the design of RC Oscillators, Crystal Oscillators, PLLs, DLLs, Precision Comparators, Reference Circuits, Regulators, and Signal Chains .
- Perform architecture evaluation, circuit design, simulation, and performance optimization for clocking solutions.
- Derive block-level specifications from system requirements and ensure robust implementation.
- Support silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and debug activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Verification, Physical Design, and Product Engineering.
- Analyze design issues, drive root-cause identification, and implement effective solutions.
- Support IP qualification and integration into SoC products.
- Prepare design documentation, review reports, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to innovation in analog and mixed-signal design.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MS in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or related disciplines .
- 5–8 years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and clock generation architectures .
- Hands-on experience with Oscillators (RC/Crystal), PLLs, DLLs, Comparators, Reference Circuits, Regulators, and Signal Chains .
- Good knowledge of PMU circuits, Switching Regulators, and Temperature Sensors .
- Experience in silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, and debug .
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex circuit issues.
- Familiarity with industry-standard analog design and simulation tools.
- Exposure to switching converter design is a plus.
- Patents, publications, or technical contributions in clocking or analog IP design are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
