Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job:
To support the finance function by assisting in financial reporting, MIS preparation, budgeting activities, data analysis, reconciliations, and compliance-related processes. The role ensures accurate financial information, timely reporting, proper documentation, and effective financial tracking to support business decision-making.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support financial decisions.
Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and reports.
Support internal and external audit activities by providing required information and records.
Assist in basic compliance activities and financial controls.
Track financial performance, expenses, and key financial indicators.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission of financial data.

Key Skills & Competencies
Functional / Technical:
Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS processes.
Basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements.

Behavioural:
