- Capture detailed notes, decisions, open questions, risks, and follow-up actions from stakeholder discussions.
- Assist with observing and documenting how processes are currently performed across Operations, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
- Create and update current-state process maps, including swim lane diagrams that show activities, ownership, handoffs, decision points, systems, and dependencies.

- Maintain an inventory of process issues and improvement opportunities identified during the assessment.
- Support the categorization of opportunities into quick wins and longer-term initiatives.
- Assist with evaluating potential business impact, risk, complexity, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Perform basic qualitative and quantitative analysis to support assessment findings and recommendations.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and visually consistent documentation and presentation materials for business and leadership stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, action items, document versions, and stakeholder feedback throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the senior consultant and client stakeholders to validate process documentation and incorporate revisions.
