Digital Payments Risk Management & Fraud Prevention Unit
What you do:
- Monitor alerts generated by fraud prevention systems.
- Review and investigate suspicious payment transactions.
- Contact customers to validate potentially fraudulent activities.
- Identify fraud indicators, patterns and risk factors.
- Support fraud investigations and case documentation.
- Participate in optimization of fraud detection rules and monitoring models.
- Prepare analyses, reports and management information.
- Monitor emerging fraud trends and threats.
- Collaborate closely with other business and support units.
What you bring:
- Experience or knowledge in payments, card business, fraud prevention or risk management.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Experience with Excel and willingness to work with BI, SQL or data analysis tools.
- Good understanding of digital banking channels and electronic payments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of accuracy and personal accountability.
- Good command of English is considered an advantage.
