Digital Payments Risk Management & Fraud Prevention Unit
What you do:
- Lead and develop the Digital Payments Risk Management & Fraud Prevention Unit.
- Define and implement fraud risk management strategies, policies and controls.
- Own and continuously improve fraud prevention and detection platforms, including IBM SaferPayments.
- Oversee real-time monitoring and investigation of suspicious payment activities.
- Coordinate fraud investigations and ensure timely mitigation actions.
- Analyze fraud trends, typologies and emerging threats.
- Collaborate with business, operations, IT, compliance, security and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to digital transformation and payment innovation projects.
- Prepare management and regulatory reporting.
- Represent the function in committees, audits and regulatory interactions.
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fraud prevention, payment risk management or payment security.
- Hands-on experience with fraud detection and prevention platforms.
- Good knowledge of payment services regulations and digital payment ecosystems.
- Proven people management and process development experience.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and strong decision-making abilities.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience in using AI technologies (ChatGPT, Copilot etc.).
