This role requires careful project planning, strong financial oversight, and effective coordination with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders in a commercial and hospitality-focused environment. What they need:

- 3+ years as a PM, APM, or Superintendent managing subs, budgets, and schedules
- Strong drawing/spec reading, with the eye to spot what won't work before it's built
- Hospitality, resort, campus, healthcare, or occupied-renovation experience is a big plus
- Local to Wheeling or open to relocating

Work Environment This is an on-site Project Management role in a commercial and hospitality-oriented resort setting. The Project Manager works closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders in an active construction environment, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring high standards of quality and safety. The role involves regular on-site presence, coordination of construction activities, and hands-on involvement with project progress and budget management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, WV.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $52.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
