Job Summary: Kwajalein

Job Summary:

The Entry & Exit Lieutenant supervises small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides installation badging and processing of personnel and visitors arriving to or departing Kwajalein by aircraft.
- Supervises small groups of guards
- Supervises small group of Local National (LN) Access Control Officers.
- Process commercial flight passengers according to TSA guidelines. Including baggage inspections.
- Liaisons with Host Nation Officials during LN Dignitary visits.
- Ensures that all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel
- Ensures that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all Post and general orders
- Maintains and monitors the 480 Visitor database

Qualifications:

- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have an active U.S. Secret Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of security management experience in supervisory and/or management roles

Preferred Qualifications:

- ASIS CPP certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
