Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a Global Microsoft GTM Program Lead to drive the day-to-day execution of a worldwide growth program aligned to Lenovo and Microsoft strategic priorities. Working across Lenovo's global Solutions & Services business and with Microsoft, the role will turn agreed priorities into scalable go-to-market, seller readiness, customer activation and demand-generation programs that accelerate Microsoft-related services, cloud consumption and recurring revenue growth.
The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative program leader who can coordinate execution across global and regional Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Offering, Alliances and delivery teams, as well as Microsoft stakeholders and specialist external partners. You will manage the program roadmap, mobilize the right functional teams, track investment and outcomes, and help scale successful motions across geographies.
This is a high-impact global program leadership role within a strategic technology alliance. It requires strong program leadership, practical go-to-market experience, commercial discipline and the ability to influence across a complex matrix organization. Priorities may evolve during the year in response to Microsoft and Lenovo growth opportunities, so the ability to adapt the program while maintaining clear governance and measurable outcomes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
· Work closely with Microsoft stakeholders and Lenovo Alliance leadership to translate agreed joint priorities into executable programs and coordinate delivery across the relevant Lenovo and Microsoft teams.
· Manage the global Microsoft Growth Acceleration Program roadmap, execution plans, milestones, actions, dependencies and delivery cadence.
· Translate agreed Lenovo and Microsoft growth priorities into structured execution plans, with initial focus areas including AI, Copilot, Security, Azure and Azure Local, CSP, Marketplace/co-sell and services, with the flexibility to support emerging priorities during the year.
· Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Offering, Alliances, Delivery teams and regions, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through across workstreams.
· Drive Microsoft-specific seller readiness and GTM enablement through sales plays, playbooks, toolkits, workshops, technical readiness sessions and launch support.
· Coordinate global GTM and customer activation, working through the appropriate functional and regional teams to support campaigns, workshops, customer engagement programs and reusable assets.
· Partner with the relevant Marketing teams and external agencies to develop seller- and customer-facing content and activation required for priority growth programs.
· Coordinate demand-generation and opportunity-acceleration programs aligned to agreed priorities, working with Sales and relevant functional teams to connect activation to target customers, qualified opportunities and follow-up motions.
· Manage specialist agencies, vendors and external delivery resources, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and outputs align to program objectives and approved investment plans.
· Maintain program governance, including milestone tracking, KPI reporting, investment utilization, funding requirements and proof of execution where applicable.
· Track program contribution to incremental commercial outcomes where attribution can be established, including Microsoft-related services pipeline, strategic workload opportunities, services attach, Azure consumption, licensing and CSP growth.
· Prepare concise scorecards, status updates and business review materials for senior Lenovo and Microsoft stakeholders.
· Identify execution risks, gaps and dependencies and drive actions to resolution across workstream owners.
· Capture best practices and scale successful motions across geographies while avoiding duplication of established functional and regional capabilities.
What You Will Bring
· 7+ years of experience in global program management, GTM enablement, sales enablement, alliance programs, partner marketing or related technology roles.
· Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence senior stakeholders and drive execution across functions and geographies without direct authority.
· Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs across multiple teams and geographies.
· Strong understanding of go-to-market execution, seller readiness, customer activation, campaigns, workshops, content development and opportunity acceleration.
· Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, ownership, investment requirements and measurable outcomes.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.
· Strong written, verbal and executive communication skills.
· Experience managing agencies, vendors or specialist delivery partners.
· Strong commercial orientation and understanding of how enablement and activation contribute to services pipeline, revenue, cloud consumption, adoption and recurring growth.
· Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment, reprioritize quickly and maintain execution discipline across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365/Copilot, Security, CSP, Marketplace/co-sell or Microsoft partner programs.
· Experience supporting global technology alliances or strategic partner growth programs.
· Experience managing partner-funded growth, GTM or enablement programs, including associated investment governance, measurement and proof-of-execution requirements.
· Familiarity with AI services, cloud services, security services and recurring licensing or consumption business models.
· Experience building scalable global programs that leverage existing functional capabilities and can be adopted effectively by regional teams.
What Success Looks Like
· One well-governed global program operating against agreed Lenovo and Microsoft growth priorities, with clear ownership and execution cadence.
· Strong coordination across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Offering, Delivery, Alliances and regions without duplicating established functional capabilities.
· Improved Lenovo seller readiness for Microsoft-aligned solutions and effective adoption of reusable GTM assets and priority growth motions.
· Clear visibility of program activity, investment utilization and incremental commercial outcomes.
· Demonstrable contribution to Microsoft-related services pipeline, strategic Azure/AI/Copilot/Security opportunities, CSP-to-services attach, Azure consumption, licensing and recurring revenue growth.
