About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and/or maintain all equipment in good operating condition as quickly and accurately as possible; while keeping associated costs to a minimum to help meet Plant goals. The Maintenance Technician is expected to be multi-skilled and able to contribute to plant maintenance activities in a variety of craft disciplines.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices and the ability to diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial control systems preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS to document repairs, work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and equipment history preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, and precision measuring devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively to equipment breakdowns and production needs.
• Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with production, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, or respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
