What You Will Do
Recruiting and Employee Experience
- Partner with leaders to identify hiring needs and support the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities to help create a positive new hire experience.

Leadership Development and Talent Management
- Assist with leadership development, training and learning initiatives.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and midyear performance conversations.
Organization Design
- Assist with org design initiatives including job architecture and organizational structure projects that support business needs.
HR Analytics and Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
- Gather, analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and help inform decision making.
Employee Relations
- Observe, assist and lead through employee relations matters, and policy interpretation.
How You Will Do It
- Collaborate with HR professionals and leaders to support key business and talent priorities.
- Build strong working relationships through teamwork, communication, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
- Take ownership of assigned projects while demonstrating initiative, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, receptiveness to feedback and strong organizational skills.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Interest in being considered for an HR Rotational Program in several different field manufacturing locations across the US following graduation.
- Duration : Summer 2027. Up to 40 hours per week.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
