General Description of the Role

The Associate Manager, Portfolio Execution is responsible for managing key commercial marketing programs that support portfolio strategy and field activation (Point of Sale, Decorate on Demand and Coupons). Working cross-functionally with Channel Managers, Sales and agency partners, this individual ensures marketing tools are developed and delivered on time, effectively communicated, and aligned with business priorities to maximize adoption and impact. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Point of Sale (POS) Order Catalog Project Management (“Critical Path”)

- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of two annual POS catalogs, serving as the primary project manager across agency partners, Marketing, and Sales

- Own critical path management, project timelines, milestones, and approvals to ensure on-time delivery

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and drive clear communication throughout the catalog lifecycle, including creative development, system uploads (MyStore), order readiness, and order window execution.

POS Optimization

- Partner with Channel Managers to evaluate and enhance POS offerings, ensuring they remain impactful, premium, cost-effective, and sustainable

- Gather stakeholder feedback and analyze utilization trends to identify opportunities to optimize the assortment, improve effectiveness, and evolve offerings to better support business objectives and field needs.

Decorate on Demand (DoD) Platform Leadership

- Own the ongoing evolution of the Decorate on Demand platform, working with agency partners and Channel Managers to expand functionality, optimize the assortment, and enhance the overall user experience

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase adoption and utilization across Sales and Field teams.

N ational Coupon Program Support & Analytics:

- Support the development and execution of the annual coupon calendar in partnership with the Manager, Portfolio Strategy. Collaborate with Channel Managers, Sales, and agency partners to align promotional offers, coordinate creative development and ensure accurate ordering

- Monitor coupon performance, providing reporting and insights to optimize budget and effectiveness.

Education / Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required

- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, shopper/trade marketing, sales support or related field

Required Skills

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving agencies and various cross-functional departments

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations

- Experience managing promotional programs, POS materials, catalogs, or sales support tools preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools

- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across functions

- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies

- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and implement solutions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $79,400-105,900. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
