Job Overview

The Executive Compensation Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and governance of compensation programs including annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, and senior leadership compensation. This role partners with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Payroll, and external advisors to help ensure programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's compensation philosophy.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting executive compensation, equity administration, compensation benchmarking, and regulatory reporting within a public company.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive (STI) plans, long-term incentive (LTI) programs.

· Support annual compensation planning cycles, including compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation recommendations.

· Prepare executive compensation calculations and analyses for compensation reviews, executive appointments, promotions, retention awards, and special compensation arrangements.

· Maintain executive compensation records and documentation supporting program administration and governance requirements.

· Support administration of equity compensation programs, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Performance Share Units (PSUs).

· Coordinate annual and off-cycle equity grant processes and ensure accurate grant administration.

· Partner with internal stakeholders and external plan administrators to support grant processing, vesting events, executive transactions, and reporting requirements.

· Monitor equity share utilization, dilution metrics, overhang analysis, and share reserve tracking.

· Assist with equity compensation forecasting and reporting.

· Support preparation of executive compensation disclosures included in the annual proxy statement.

· Assist with development of sections of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A), compensation tables, Pay Versus Performance disclosure, CEO pay ratio calculations, and related executive compensation disclosures.

· Coordinate data gathering and validation efforts with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, and external advisors.

· Maintain documentation and audit support related to executive compensation disclosures.

· Prepare analyses, presentations, exhibits, and supporting materials for Compensation Committee and Board meetings.

· Develop compensation reports and decision-support materials for senior leadership.

· Analyze compensation market data utilizing proxy statements, public filings, compensation surveys, and consultant databases.

· Conduct peer group analyses and evaluate executive compensation trends and emerging market practices.

· Support assessments of compensation competitiveness, pay-for-performance alignment, and retention effectiveness.

· Monitor regulatory developments, governance trends, and shareholder expectations related to executive compensation.

· Support compliance with SEC disclosure requirements, stock exchange regulations, and corporate governance policies.

· Assist with executive stock ownership guideline monitoring and reporting.

· Support compensation-related internal controls, audits, and SOX compliance activities.

Experience & Education

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in executive compensation, compensation, equity administration, finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical discipline.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Knowledge of executive compensation principles and publicly traded company compensation practices.

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

· Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling highly sensitive compensation information.

· Understanding of international compensation considerations, including market benchmarking, regulatory requirements, mobility programs, and country-specific pay practices.

· Knowledge of international compensation practices and experience supporting compensation programs across multiple countries or regions.

· Familiarity with global compensation surveys, market data, mobility programs, and country-specific pay practices.

· Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including compensation planning, data analysis, and reporting functionality, is preferred.
