Key Duties & Responsibilities
Leads and manages multi-functional team which provides component and sub-assembly manufacturing, assembly, and disassembly.
* Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve schedule execution and customer satisfaction
* Drive continuous improvement and monitor business metrics while tracking performance to enhance operational efficiency
* Prioritize day-to-day activities while eliminating obstacles that prevent steady flow of WIP; ensure production is able to support customer needs
* Oversee employee training plans, work assignments, technical competencies and performance evaluations
* Provide guidance, coaching and direction to team members to ensure effective development, collaboration, and communication
* Provide a safe and inclusive work environment; identifying and correcting unsafe conditions in timely manner
* Maintain accountability for cost, delivery, and quality performance of assigned workforce
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in manufacturing and/or production.
* Experience informally or formally leading a team.
* Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
* Experience working with cross functional groups.
* Working Knowledge of MS Office Software and Systems
Desired Skills
* Six or more years of related experience
* Manufacturing experience in areas of component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly, and materials management preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Experience with performance metrics and benchmarking.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

* Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
