Summary of the Role and Team

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will join Varicent’s Global Integrated Campaigns team and play a key role in generating pipeline and revenue from net-new prospect accounts across global markets.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Integrated Campaigns, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Working closely with Sales, Associate Sellers (BDRs), Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing, you will translate strategy into measurable business outcomes through coordinated multi-channel programs.

This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership of campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and execution excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

- Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital, social, webinars, events, partner marketing, and account-based marketing initiatives

- Partner with Sales, Associate Sellers, and Product Marketing to support account planning and targeted engagement strategies for prospect accounts

- Develop and execute ABM programs that increase account engagement, pipeline generation, and market penetration

- Manage campaign delivery from planning and asset coordination through execution, reporting, budget tracking, and optimization

- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and lead management processes are effective and accurate

- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investment

- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure messaging, content, and campaign experiences align with target audience needs

- Build and present campaign performance insights, business recommendations, and pipeline impact updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, integrated marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing role

- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline generation and business growth

- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, account targeting, and account engagement programs

- Experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline outcomes

- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and marketing performance reporting

- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation funnels, attribution models, and campaign measurement

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience

Success Outcomes

First 90 Days

- Develop a strong understanding of Varicent’s target audiences, campaign strategy, marketing technology stack, and lead management processes

- Build proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, reporting tools, and campaign workflows

- Analyze historical campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization

- Contribute recommendations for demand generation and ABM programs

- Develop campaign reporting templates, dashboards, and process documentation that improve team efficiency

Within 6 Months

- Independently manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and measurement

- Lead account planning activities and support ABM initiatives for target accounts

- Present campaign performance updates and recommendations to Sales and Marketing stakeholders

- Improve campaign effectiveness through audience segmentation, testing strategies, and performance optimization

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, reporting, and marketing technology utilization

Within 12 Months

- Consistently deliver campaigns that contribute measurable pipeline, engagement, and revenue impact

- Influence planning and prioritization of future demand generation and ABM initiatives

- Demonstrate expertise in campaign optimization, account targeting, and pipeline generation strategies

- Provide actionable business insights based on campaign performance and buyer engagement data

- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of campaign management processes, demand generation strategy, and marketing effectiveness

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between 80,000.00 - 105,000.00 CAD . In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including individual qualifications and market data, as objectively assessed during the interview process.
