About the Role
Bell Media's direct-to-consumer platforms are growing rapidly, and we are looking for an experienced, ideally bilingual CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team at the leading edge of entertainment and sports media. Our ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep passion for content, and a strong understanding of the streaming landscape (including Crave, TSN, RDS, Noovo, Netflix, Prime Video, etc.)
With a solid background in CRM, lifecycle management, subscriber insights, and revenue analysis, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to directly shape how Bell Media continues to grow and optimize its premier direct-to-consumer English and French entertainment portfolios
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CRM reporting and derive actionable metrics to drive strategic business decisions
- Plan and deliver comprehensive CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, and long-term loyalty
- Oversee and execute targeted direct communications with subscribers through our CRM platforms, ensuring messaging resonance and cultural relevance for both English and French-speaking audiences
- Lead ad hoc subscriber investigations, translating complex data into simple, meaningful insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor and optimize CRM strategies based on historical trends, A/B testing results, and future product enhancements
- Ensure databases are segmented effectively for highly targeted marketing activities and regional brand compliance (such as tailoring campaigns for unique markets like Quebec)
What You Bring
- A highly motivated self-starter who thrives thinking outside the box in a fast-evolving media landscape
- A deep passion for entertainment and media
- Extensive background in campaign analysis and reporting, with proven experience in customer engagement CRM strategies
- A confident, articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and leadership
- The ability to distill complex data into clear, concise narratives that align with overarching business objectives
- Stellar organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive several critical projects simultaneously
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Education: University or College degree preferred
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal) is highly preferred to support national campaigns and cross-regional collaborations
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
