About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Analyst , you'll play a critical role in supporting TQL's largest and most strategic customers by ensuring billing accuracy, improving payment performance, and driving operational excellence. This is more than an accounts receivable role. You'll leverage data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, solve complex payment challenges, and improve processes that directly impact customer satisfaction and company performance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed-upon terms and maximizing collection performance
- Analyze aging invoices and payment trends to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Accounting, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues efficiently
- Monitor key performance indicators related to billing accuracy, payment performance, and revenue realization
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cash flow
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to support customers utilizing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and third-party payment platforms
- Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support customer requirements and reduce invoicing errors
- Lead root cause analyses for payment delays, missed KPIs, and recurring billing challenges
- Present portfolio health, trends, and recommendations to Sales leadership and stakeholders
- Manage onboarding activities for new enterprise customers, ensuring billing requirements and compliance standards are established from day one

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related business field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and reporting
- Ability to investigate complex business problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Sales, Accounting, IT, Operations, and leadership teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and business processes
- Experience with financial analysis, accounts receivable, process improvement, business operations, or customer-facing support roles is preferred
