Accounting Operations Analyst

What you'll do:

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with business leaders across departments to solve challenges and drive measurable results
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting initiatives
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen financial controls
- Investigate reporting discrepancies and operational issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Measure key business metrics and provide insights that help leaders make informed decisions
- Assist with process documentation, standardization efforts, and continuous improvement projects
- Support strategic initiatives that impact company growth, profitability, and operational performance

What you need:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related business discipline
- Graduation date of December 2026, May 2027, or recent graduate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in financial analysis, business operations, process improvement, business intelligence, and data-driven decision making
