Role Overview
Responsible for providing a broad range of technical support services, including technical training for channel partners and customers, solution consulting, and troubleshooting of post-sales technical issues.

Responsibilities
1. Technical Training
- Develop, deliver, and continuously update product and technical training materials for channel partners and customers.
- Conduct product and technical training sessions, including presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A.
- Gather training needs from channel partners and customers and support the development of training plans.
2. Solution Consulting
- Participate in customer and channel partner discussions to understand business and technical requirements, support technology selection, and provide technical recommendations.
- Assist channel partners and customers with solution design, architecture reviews, technical Q&A, and Proof of Concept validation.
- Develop and document industry solutions, reference use cases, benchmark reports, and best practices for broader customer enablement.
- Monitor industry trends and organize discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions around industry-specific solutions.
3. Day-to-Day Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by channel partners and customers during day-to-day product usage.
- Provide on-site technical support for critical or high-priority incidents, including solution design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Identify technical opportunities and unmet customer needs and communicate relevant feedback and insights to product teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, a related technical field, or Content/Creative disciplines, with 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience in content production, such as visual effects (VFX), advertising/creative production, game development, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Generative Media AI models, including video generation, image generation, and audio generation.
- Proven experience deploying AI-powered content production pipelines in real-world production environments, including experience with model evaluation and benchmarking.
- Excellent customer communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Deep domain knowledge in at least one industry, such as film/TV, advertising, e-commerce, or gaming and understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements for the adoption of MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) solutions, with experience in cloud security and compliance.
- Strong empathy and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with a wide range of technical stakeholders.
