The Leidos AEGIS program is seeking a highly organized and motivated Conference Room Project Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of conference room installation projects across multiple NASA centers. In this role, you will manage multiple installation projects, coordinate project schedules and resources, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and NASA stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a focus on delivering quality services within established timelines. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with leadership, team members, and customers at all levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage conference room installation activities, including associated training requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules for each conference room installation.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate project milestone meetings with stakeholders, including NASA customers.
- Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to support project requirements and installation schedules.
- Validate completion of project deliverables in accordance with established requirements and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate cross-organizational project teams, including vendors and subcontractors, to support successful project execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in designated shared repositories.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and updates effectively and transparently across all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience coordinating and managing projects, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to support project requirements and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage cross-organizational teams and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers, leadership, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work onsite at either NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, or Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

## Pay Range:
Pay Range $52,000.00 - $94,000.00
